How to Build Relationships

in a Selfie Centered World

SATURDAY, Nov. 4 @ 8:30 AM

First impressions are critical in developing client relationships. Why is it we seem to hit it off with one person and never get to first base with the next? Everyone we meet filters each human interaction through two things: their personal behavioral style and they personal motivators preferences.

In this interactive session participants will identify and develop an understanding of their behaviors and motivators using a brief assessment. We will then use this information to identify varying approaches in relating and connecting with the people they do life with, personally and professionally. This new-found knowledge will help to customize verbal, non-verbal and written communication in ways that develop strong and lasting relationships.
